Emotional Compass provides mental health support services including but not limited to therapy, counseling, parental leave coaching, and perinatal support. Services are available in-person in Pennsylvania and virtually to clients located in Pennsylvania.
All services are offered by licensed and/or credentialed professionals. Any recommendations provided are for informational purposes and do not replace medical advice from a physician or emergency care when needed.
2. Eligibility
To access therapeutic services, you must be:
At least 18 years of age (unless accompanied by a guardian or legal parent for minors)
Residing in the state of Pennsylvania (for therapy sessions)
Willing to provide truthful, complete, and accurate information during the intake process
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these criteria.
3. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments can be made online, by phone, or email. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal information shared through our services is kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA, GDPR (EU/EEA), and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) regulations.
HIPAA: We adhere to federal healthcare privacy standards to protect your health information.

CCPA (for California residents): You have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt-out of data sales (we do not sell your data).
