Services Offered<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"682\" data-end=\"936\">Emotional Compass provides mental health support services including but not limited to therapy, counseling, parental leave coaching, and perinatal support. Services are available in-person in Pennsylvania and virtually to clients located in Pennsylvania.<\/p><p data-start=\"938\" data-end=\"1151\">All services are offered by licensed and\/or credentialed professionals. Any recommendations provided are for informational purposes and do not replace medical advice from a physician or emergency care when needed.<\/p><h3><strong data-start=\"1161\" data-end=\"1179\">2. Eligibility<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1181\" data-end=\"1225\">To access therapeutic services, you must be:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1226\" data-end=\"1475\"><li data-start=\"1226\" data-end=\"1316\"><p data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1316\">At least 18 years of age (unless accompanied by a guardian or legal parent for minors)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1317\" data-end=\"1381\"><p data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1381\">Residing in the state of Pennsylvania (for therapy sessions)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1475\"><p data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1475\">Willing to provide truthful, complete, and accurate information during the intake process<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1477\" data-end=\"1559\">We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these criteria.<\/p><h3><strong data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1614\">3. Appointment Scheduling &amp; Cancellations<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"1804\">Appointments can be made online, by phone, or email. We require at least <strong data-start=\"1689\" data-end=\"1709\">24 hours\u2019 notice<\/strong> for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.<\/p><h3><strong data-start=\"1814\" data-end=\"1846\">4.
