Outpatient Therapist

Emotional Compass LLC is a trauma-informed, culturally responsive outpatient practice serving clients across Pennsylvania. Our approach is centered on empathy and compassion, personable and professional care. We specialize in Perinatal mental health, EMDR-based treatment, doula services, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. We provide care to children, adolescents, adults, and families through remote and hybrid sessions. Our model emphasizes flexibility, autonomy, work-life balance, and clinical excellence.
Emotional Compass is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team on a contract basis. This is a 1099 contractor role (no benefits). This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to provide quality care to clients in-office and/or via telehealth. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and possesses an active CAQH profile, NPI, and valid licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT).
Position Details
Location: Reading, Pennsylvania (Virtual or In-Person)
Position Type: 1099 Contractor/Part-Time/No Benefits
Schedule: Flexible, 10-15 hours/week
Minimum Requirement: 15 client hours per week
Compensation: $45-$60/hour
Requirements
- Active CAQH profile
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Valid and active licensure in PA (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PsyD—or pre-licensed under supervision)
- Minimum of 10-15 hours per week availability
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- Bilingual in Spanish (optional)
- Active liability insurance
